Perfectly serviceable ramen on the outskirts of Launceston's CBD; will definitely hit a craving if it's what you're looking for
Woke up and was in the mood for ramen - enter this gem of a place. Ramens always a good time, so saying "the ramen is good" is a bit redundant (but it's worth mentioning). Alongside this they serve some Japanese classics that bring home those classic flavours
Outside of the food, there's not much more that grabbed my attention; service was fine and the setting was clean/nice. To be fair though, you're here for the ramen and that's what sells it

We had such a great meal at Gatsu Gatsu. Everything we ordered was delicious— their Kuroi ramen was rich and flavorful, with perfectly cooked noodles and flavourful broth. The toppings, especially the marinated egg and chashu, were spot on. We also tried their chicken teriyaki don, which was so tender and tasty. Beautiful presentation and great value.

An unassuming restaurant tucked at the intersection of Barrow Street and Wellington Street, connected to Pod Inn, it serves up quite delicious Spicy pork broth Ramen and Teriyaki Chicken Don. The pork broth is delicious and not over powering so it blends well with the noodle and egg. Price is on the high side, but so are other restaurants in this place 😆. Overall, this restaurant do serves delicious noodles that won't disappoint.

Just moved to the area and needed a quick light meal. Did a quick google of what’s open and Gatsu Gatsu was open (closing soon). I hurried down to the restaurant and the lady serving me was lovely. I chose the pork ramen which was one of their popular dishes and a can of no sugar coke because I was very thirsty.
The ramen was one of the best I’ve had. Nice flavor and hit the spot!
Even though they were about to close they let me eat in the restaurant. Lovely nice little ramen shop :)
